Since in-shop repairs are done early mornings, we can schedule a service call for the Northeast heights, southern part of Albuquerque and the East Mountain area from around 10 a.m. to around 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

For the west side of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales and Placitas we can schedule a call from around 9 a.m. to around 4 p.m.

We are closed on the Weekends and on Holidays.

We require at least a one-hour window for a service call. Because we cover such a large area, calls are scheduled geographically.

For those that work not too far from home and can go home for lunch, a lunch time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. works well. We can call you at work and give you a 30 minute notice of the time of arrival at your home that was scheduled.

Blinds that are dropped off for repair are generally available for pick up in 5 to 7 business days, not including weekends and holidays and you will be called and told what the cost is and that it is ready for pick up.
